Why can't I access the Cross-Sell app from my store? - Did you accept the charge?

If you are unable to access the Cross Sell app from your store, the reason may be that the charge has not been accepted correctly.


To correct this please follow the steps below...


* You'll first need to uninstall the app from the apps section of your store. This is done by clicking on the Cross-Sell box where the 3 small dots are and selecting 'Remove This App'.


* You'll then need to reinstall the app from here https://apps.shopify.com/cross-sell and then making sure you are logged in as the Store-Owner, accept the charge. (you will only be charged once even if you have accepted it previously).
