How do I create a store invite?

If you have accepted our offer of an assisted installation / customisation of the Cross-Sell app, we will most likely have asked for you to send us an invite to your store. Please follow the easy steps below to arrange the invite.

The invite is created by making us a temporary member of staff, this will allow us to go in and undertake the work required for you. 

From your shop admin, visit the Settings section of your store and then click on Account


Scroll down until you see the Staff Members section. Click on the Add a staff member button located on the left and a new window will appear.

Please then enter a first name, last name and email address for the new staff member. An email invitation to create an account will be sent to the new staff member.

Please use our address for the invite. You can use any name, we suggest including our app name, i.e Stuart (Cross-Sell) to easily identify us as the staff member.

** Please let us know when you have sent the invite as above so that we can make sure it has arrived. We will confirm with you when we have successfully gained access and will keep you updated on our progress. **
